Briefing
O objetivo seria criar um pequeno blogpost que promovesse a zona do Chiado, a incluir num conjunto de textos sobre o que fazer em Lisboa, nomeadamente, onde fazer compras.
Inspiração
Viajar no tempo
A própria loja e o seu carisma antigo serviram de inspiração para o texto, onde procurei falar sobre o local, a zona e também relembrar o encanto de Lisboa de inícios do século XIX.

The most adorable florist in Chiado – Pequeno Jardim
This cute little florist is one of the oldest establishments in Chiado and almost a landmark of this neighbourhood.
“Pequeno Jardim” means Little Garden and that’s exactly what you will find if you head to this tiny shop located in Rua Garrett.
It occupies the narrow space of a stairwell and a small portion of the sidewalk but the walls, the counter, the entrance and the window are covered with beautiful, delicate flowers, some of them not that easy to find.
If you think flowers belong in the earth, they also sell lovely vases that you can have at your place or plant in your garden, as well as seeds and some gardening related accessories.
You can order flowers or fruit trees too or hire their delivery services – their flower arrangements are absolutely charming and they do international deliveries.
Since this delightful shop has been around since 1922, for many decades it has also been catering weddings and making blushing brides very happy.
But above all, “Pequeno Jardim” still has the aura of an early 20th century Lisbon shop and when we look at the window we can still hear echoes of the times when Chiado was an elegant area, where writers, artists and politians hanged around.
For all of this, “Pequeno Jardim” surely deserves a visit.
