Storytelling project for Instagram, photos and captions, about the city of Lisbon, made for the account Neighbourly Lisbon.
Brief
The briefing was simple but challenging: to share details of the city, beyond all the clichés and images that everyone knows, to share more than the yellow trams, the river and the “Pastéis de Belém”.
Inspiration
Telling a story
The inspiration was evident: the city itself and its diversity. Using storytelling techniques, the priority was always to search for details, the least seen elements, the least obvious landscapes, almost in a personal vision of a Lisboner. There was a constant concern that image and text would complement each other, that captions, more than serving simply as descriptions, would tell a story together with the photo.
